    IDIOT
    you clearly don't understand why an effect is an side effect.
    If the medicine is intended to for example work as a selective beta-2 agonist, in the bronchi (for example salbutamol (active substance)), then it's intended effect is to have effect in the bronchi. BUT a side effect may happen if for example it is absorbed in the small intestine, and affects beta-2-receptors systemic. That might give side effects such as skeletal muscle tremor.
    So a side effect is an undesired effect.

  4. Whey protein also gives skin rashes ? I'm not allergic to dairy. Currently, I'm using Grass Fed New-Zealand Protein Isolate & I've stopped using it since yesterday. It gives me gas, building mucus. It's just waste of money & health. I'm muscular & I've been working out in & off from past 10 years. I look good ( Athletic physique ) & I get it all the time from others. I started using protein powder since Dec 21, 2018 because I just don't have enough time to eat that much anymore. So, I thought may taking protein powder would help, since I was feeling dizzy due to calorie deficiency but it just made things worse after 1 month usage. I would not waste my time & money again on these stuffs. So, don't waste yours.
